The Address | Krushna Chandra Mishra - Dive into the Depths of Contemporary Voices

The Address | Krushna Chandra Mishra

Strange is it to ask one the address to
Which letters for him could be sent,
For, without the correct one properly
Printed on the envelope in which with
Great care the letter has been put there,
Is every confirmation for the letter posted
To remain undelivered or to be returned
If the sender’s not so mandatory address
Is legibly and in full given when the addressee
Is in doubt of ever being correctly reached, even
With help of the posted letter with the emotions
And expectations contained in a flood therein,
Revealing the condition of the heart that feels
Loss to the extent that it counts upon the gain
Once the address is proper where the letter reaches.
