Revisiting Scent - A Poem by G. S. Katz - Dive into the Depths of Contemporary Voices

Revisiting Scent – A Poem by G. S. Katz

I stopped for a long time
Took a job where smelling good
Would definitely work against me
The urge never went away though

Now I’m back again
But only during my time off

Talking scent
Fragrances for men
That when applied
Take me back in time to my sensual past

Armani, Boss, Burberry Brit
To name a few
Dab a few drops and inhale deeply
Suddenly single in mind, seduction

Waking the next morning
Throwing the uniform of New York City on
Black t-shirt bearing yesterday’s aura
Breathe deeply, inhale the fantasy, proceed…
