Migraine – A Poem by Ananya S. Guha

Darkness is a splitting headache
wobbling around, groping
for senses in oblivion
pitch dark in winter’s month
heavily burdened wind
is on a run, migrating birds
cheeping. Heartache is on.
The migraine continues.
