The Land of Babaloo | Daniel Klawitter

There is a place where we should go-
I want you to come too.
So take my hand and I will show-
You the land of Babaloo.
You cannot find it on a map-
Nor on the internet.
To get there you must take a nap
And remember what you’ll forget.
Adults can seldom find their way-
For they have too many worries:
Like jobs and time and bills to pay-
And hurry, hurry, hurry!
But in the land of Babaloo
The last are first and dreams come true.
There’s no more hunger-no more thirst.
You’re like a balloon that will never burst.
Where is this land of eternal bread?
It’s around the corner-just up ahead.
