Fortress | Ananya S. Guha

Oaken houses
Gladiators enter
Houses change with every era
Now, they don’t have chandeliers
Only prisms and walls
There is only silence
Property is anonymous
The wealthy are in silence
Captive in their houses
Guarded by dogs and watchmen
The wealthy nurse a secret
Pilloried by huge fortresses.
